Live music by King Plaid

Combine classic rock, heavy metal, British punk and jam rock influences into a modern day 90’s rock ensemble and the Maryland band, KING PLAID, emerges. Created by 4 neighbors in the Gaithersburg community, the band has found a rare connection in recreating the music from America’s grunge and pop rock era. Covering artists from Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots to Weezer, Lenny Kravitz, Spin Doctors and Counting Crows, the audience can expect a well-orchestrated time-warp back to the days of flannel and torn jean fashion.
